Our traineeship

TRAINEESHIP

Haak Fourie Snyman is a SAICA and SAIPA-accredited training office and offers the following contracts:

SAICA Contracts:-

3-Year and 4-year contracts to graduates.
5-Year contracts to non-graduates.

SAIPA CONTRACTS:-

3 year and 4 year contracts to graduates and non-graduates.

Our training programmes are based on the SAICA and SAIPA training programme guidelines. We provide our trainees with in-house and on-the-job training, additionally, we provide our trainees with formal training via online courses and webinars/seminars.

We have two training officers which provide our trainees with feedback on their SAICA and SAIPA assessments and reviews.

Our trainees are given the opportunity to lead audit teams, and manage certain projects in which they will be given a lead role. This helps prepare our trainees for their post-article endeavours.

Our trainees are exposed to multiple tasks and projects which vary in nature and timing. This helps our trainees respect deadlines, manage their workload, and complete their tasks in a timely manner.

Effectiveness

Our trainees are exposed to scenarios in which they have to use their technical knowledge and expertise in order to assist clients. This develops the ability of our trainees to think on their feet and develop solutions that will add value to our clients’ businesses and attain the required results.
